​At Motrek, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. All our products come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship. We are committed to ensuring you have the best experience with our gear.
​Warranty Coverage: What’s Covered: Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. This includes issues with stitching, zippers, and other manufacturing-related defects.
​What’s Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper use, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over time.
​How to Make a Warranty Claim:
​Contact Us: If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@motrek.com with a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the affected area.
​Assessment: Our team will assess the issue based on the information provided.
​Resolution: If the issue is covered under warranty, we will arrange for a courier pickup of the product. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will either repair it or, if a repair is not possible, provide a replacement.

Returns
​We want you to be completely satisfied with your Motrek gear. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
​Return Policy:
​Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels attached.
​Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@motrek.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
​Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Please note that a deduction of 2% of the MRP may be applied to cover payment gateway fees.
​Return Shipping: We will arrange for the product to be picked up at our expense.

Exchanges
​We understand that getting the right fit is important. We offer a free size exchange for our products.
​Exchange Policy:
Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, tags, and labels attached.
​Initiating an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact us at support@motrek.com.
​Size Check: If you had provided your measurements and a size check was completed before your purchase, you will be eligible for a free exchange with reverse pickup in case of a misfit.

​Before processing any refund or replacement, Motrek will thoroughly inspect the returned item for quality assurance.
​Returns for damage due to negligence or improper usage are not covered under our policy.
