​At Motrek, we build our gear to last. However, we understand that adventures can take a toll on your equipment. We are committed to extending the life of your Motrek products through our repair service. We are responsible for what we make.
​Our repair policy is applicable only to Motrek products. Repairs for damages resulting from normal wear and tear or accidents will be done at a reasonable charge.
​If you have an issue with your Motrek product and believe it requires repair, please follow these steps:
​Initiate a Repair Request:
Email us at repairs@motrek.com with a detailed description of the problem. Please include clear pictures of the affected area to help us assess the damage.

​Initial Assessment: Based on the images you provide, we will determine if the product is likely repairable. If so, we will ask you to ship it to the address we provide.
Shipping to Us: The cost of shipping the product to our facility will be your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for any damage, delays, or loss of the product during transit.
​Thorough Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our expert team will conduct a thorough inspection to confirm the feasibility of the repair.
​Cost Estimate & Payment: If the repair is feasible, we will provide you with a cost estimate covering labor and materials. Our repair service is not for profit; you will only be charged the actual cost of the repair. Once you accept the estimate and make the payment, please share the receipt with us so we can proceed with the repair.
​The Repair Process: After payment confirmation, our team will begin the repair process.
​Quality Check & Return: Once the repair is complete, the product will undergo a final quality inspection before it is shipped back to you.
​Important Notes:
​Timeline: The entire process, from inspection to return, typically takes about 15 working days but may take longer during peak seasons.
​Product Condition: Please ensure your product is clean before sending it for repair. If the product arrives in an unclean state, a cleaning fee of ₹1000 will be applied.
​Non-Warranty Damage: Please note that any damage caused by normal wear and tear or accidental damage is not covered under our warranty.
​Unrepairable Items: If the repair is not covered under our warranty or it is determined that the item cannot be repaired, we will ship it back to you at our expense.
